FN-FORUM: Help with HTML Emails

My client wants to send emails based on an image (jpg) with a hotspot /
hyperlink to a web page. In outlook I seem t be able to embed the image
within the email so the recipient sees the image, instead of an attachment.
But I cannot add a hotspot to link to a web page.

If I use html I can encode the hotspot, but I have to host the image on a
web site somewhere.

Any suggestions (other than the 'don't use html' kind!).
