We also use Send SendStudio and agree with your comments Duncan.
Great support and more importantly a very intuitive product. We tested about
6 packages and our key criteria was to get a mi al out correctly without
resorting to the manual. We achieved 95% with SendStudio. Much higher than
any other mailing package.

It isn't good for sending out tens of thousands in one go (takes ages), but
then again it wasn't designed as a bulk mailer. It does exactly what it is
supposed to though, accurate, multi-part mailings that can be tracked.

Tracking is cool (only really for html) and can help you formulate future
mailing strategies.

Great tool...although not something we use too much.
