FN-FORUM: Looking for expert css-er to work on an accesible site layout and navigation

Morning all!

Right, I am hoping to find someone who is experienced in CSS (unlike
me) and building accesible site layouts and navigation to help put
some ideas into action. I will be taking care of the rest of the site,
and most of the design/ideas are already on paper, just need someone
to help make it come to life.
