FN-FORUM: Online Petition? + Venture Capitalsists

Just a couple of quick ones!

I am going to put an online petition up over the next week against 'road
charges' within Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire.

Do not mistake me for a hungry to burn fossil fuel merchant.

I am all for anything and everything green. What I am against, is the
government. Over the last 10 years they have spent £20 Billion on
approving and talking about new roads and not actually building them and
then continue its talk policy (and lining their own nests policy). They
have just given the County districts Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire,
Derbyshire £2M to 'assess' the need for a road congestion charges!

Yeah right, we'll spend £2M and decide we don't need to recoup that money
from the gullible tax paying public!

Is it me or are the people of this Country in some kind of Labour trance
because the Tories are 'sleazy'. I said this 10 years ago and I'll say it
again. Labout will fuck this Country up and it'll be too late before Tony
and his band of incompetents are rumbled.

Anyway back to the problem at hand. I am looking for a petition script,
easy to install, PHP / MySQL that will collect e signatures that we can
present to downing street.

I am all for reducing carbon emissions, car sharing schemes along with
anything that reduces the usage of cars, however, charging motorists a
stealth tax through mismanagement and 'talk policy' is not what this
County needs to make it prosperous.

Has anyone has any luck with securing Venture Capitalist funding?
