I'm not sure what point you're making.

But in case it's not clear, I should point out that MySociety are not
a government body. They are just a group of web experts who have built
a number of political web sites in the UK (http://theyworkforyou.com/,
http://www.writetothem.com/, http://www.publicwhip.org.uk/, etc...) As
far as I know, the ePetitions site is the first one that has been
built with help or input from the government.

And, no, I'm not saying that things won't improve unless you complain.
I'm saying that if you make suggestions, then the improvements you
want are more likely to happen.
