Yup, I disabled cookies :)

I've also seen issues in the past with Norton blocking cookies and stopping sites from working. I'd add some code to test if cookies can be set (set one, then check for it) If the user has something blocking the cookies redirect them to an advice page detailing how they can turn them back on.
