If there is ever a tool in photoshop that doesnt have a shortcut key then

Yeah that's right, I want to transform the marquee and not the thing that's
selected.
The equivalent of Select->Transform Selection in the menu. Anne-Marie's
link had a shortcut for it but it didn't...

If you mean "resize a marquee image" - then
press m for marquee, and select an area
press v
move/scale/rotate the area (once you've clicked on the border, or
transformed it once, you can right-click...

Make sure your date formats are correct, mySQL is very picky (yyyy-mm-dd
hh:mm:ss)
Also not a good thing to use request() statements directly in an SQL
statement, can be used for SQL injection hacks...
