If using PayPal Standard then the user will get a click here return to
merchant website button after the payment confirms which will return them to
the "return" form variable (if set) or the URL defined in the default PayPal
settings. It will also pass back the IPN variables to this page or you can
use the "notify_url" form variable to do this in the background without the
need for the user to return.
