Hi John, extracting the flv is easy enough, but I have never converted =
an
FLV to anything else (converted AVI etc to FLV) but I have some software =
and
I'll check how easy (and what quality) the conversion from FLV to some =
other
format is.

I'll let you know shortly unless you get a more definite answer before =
then.
