FN-FORUM: 1and1 slow email?

I have a client who's site is hosted at 1and1 (.co.uk). They are getting
emails but they seem to take about 24-48 hours to arrive. Just wondered
if anyone new of any issues. I can't find a status page at
1and1.co.uk.....
