Hi Serena,

Without a doubt, Cater Allen Private Bank. I've been with them for 10
years (originally when they were Flemings) and have only ever had one
charge, which was for a same day transfer. Otherwise, not one penny has
been charged. Phone banking only at the moment 7am to 11pm 7 days a
week. Online banking has been promised for a while now, but hasn't
appeared. BUT, the money is the main thing and as I say - never been
charged by them :)
