Re VAT question.

An e-commerce site we run we do not charge VAT on the product if the country
of delivery is VAT exempt even if the billing address is and we do not
charge VAT on the postage likewise. So therefore it depends upon the country
of delivery whether or not VAT is charged.

Now this is quite a while when we set this up so I cannot remember how much
we looked into it though we did contact Customs and Excise at the time so
with your question I am not 100% sure if this is right or not. I suggest
that you contact them yourself and I would be interested to hear back what
they say.
