its a hell of alot easier to modify a htaccess file to optimise your
URL's for SE spiders than it is to rename a whole load of files, change
links etc etc.
mr webmetric is right, url's should be 'friendly' and keyword heavy.
as for spiders not picking up dynamic content, they'll see the same
content (pretty much) as a user would when they access the page without
any get/post variables. If your page relys on a link from another page
something like... 'products.asp?cat=toys' to show any content at all,
then you'll struggle.
