The fact that Google often ignores non descriptive parameters, i.e. those
called "id" (as historically it's associated with session ids I believe),
and limits the number of requests it will do for sites that's do use a query
string.

"If you decide to use dynamic pages (i.e., the URL contains a "?"
character), be aware that not every search engine spider crawls dynamic
pages as well as static pages. It helps to keep the parameters short and the
number of them few."
