FN-FORUM: euro bug

Part of a web application I'm developing insists on displaying the euro
symbol as =E2=82=AC (if that all looks fine then you can see the bug =
here

As a quick fix for over the weekend, I tried=20



But its not having it, can some one confirm that it should? It's very =
late
and I just want to go to bed.

Or, has anyone come across this before?

Also, thanks for the help on VAT on books over the last few days, I've =
sent
the details of to my accountant for clarification, and will update the =
wiki
when I get the answer.
