FN-FORUM: Adding Video Chat to Site

Hi Guys - I have a few questions, so I'll start a new thread for each.

I'm looking to add a webcam chat tool to a client's site. Rather than
just send people off to use MSN, they want to add the functionality to
their site.

Any experience of this and any hints, experiences?

What software is available to do this?

What bandwidth does this sort of thing use up?

Can I tweak the software to maybe limit the video size/quality for
non-paying visitors and allow better higher-res imaging for those that pay
a membership fee?

For paid up membership, it would need to be pretty good in image quality
and sound, as it is a language learning site, where watching mouth
movements and hearing the words clearly will be important.

Any example sites you've done with this sort of technology in?
