Probably worth looking at a flash media server based solution, it'll
do webcam /audio/ whiteboarding /chats etc simultaneously. If you have
a bespoke application developed you can buy hosting for it at e.g
influxis.com as buying your own licence for FMS is expensive. There
are off the shelf solutions provided by e.g userplane.com too. Also
worth checking out Adobe Acrobat Connect (used to be called Macromedia
Breeze) which is Adobe's own FMS based collaboration application.
