Hi,
That's what I though (and sorry Kathy I didn't see anything before will
check back)=20
The router is a DG834PN - I've set the firewall to route all VPN traffic
to the server.
What I don't know (or can't work out) is if the traffic is actually
getting to the server or if it's getting "lost en-route" the router
seems to be logging VPN traffic from the remote host but that's as far
as I can get - I'd like to know if it's getting to the server or not.

No you don't need two network cards!!
I've setup this very same scenario on 3 SBS2003 installs.
You need to forward port 1723 to you SBS 2003 server, make sure you have
run the Routing and Remote Access setup ..
What Netgear Router is it? Most will just work with out having to
forward GRE...
