Hosted or install on a server, either/or, just wanting to know which
helpdesk software you use?

simple requirements - client can log a ticket
operator can get told about ticket
knowledge base to keep fixed ticket solutions in.

preferably inexpensive and quick and easy to set up.

absolutely must be no trouble to run!
