You need to ask your printer these questions because are you printing them
on full colour machine, a printing press or other. Margins will be relevant
to this too.
The pagination will be relevant to the machine being used some will want
them set up as it will come out back to back. some are happy with the pages
being in A4 format indivually and in order from page 1 to 6.
You didn't explain if it's A4 folded to A5 or A3 folded to A4.
You do realise that 3 pages of A4 will really be 4 or if it's 3 pages at A5
your have 12 pages. You can't do a 6 page doc unless your binding indivual
pages.
