Hi

You cant just print 6 printed A4 pages unless you plan to wiro bind
the single sheets or is it a DL leaflet not clear what you plan to do.

For most jobs its has to be in muliples of 4, for example, SRA3 sheet
size will produce 4 A4 printed pages, SRA2 sheet size will produce 8
A4 printed pages or 16 A5 pp and so on.

As far as setting out your artwork for most cases set the page size
(and I suspect in this instance), to the finished trimmed page size.
Leave all the pagination gutters etc to the printer. I worked in pre-
press for years and it used to drive me nuts when designers used to
impose pages, adding there own trim marks, using super wide bleed (or
in some cases no bleed at all) to name but a few no no's. There are
times when manual trims are helpful, for instance where a throw-out
page is 2 or 3mm shorter then the other pages like in a DL leaflet
for example.

Stay clear of a printer who wants you to impose artwork, its there
job. There are plenty of printer who will be more than happy to offer
advice with setting up your artwork and will take care of all the
pagination, trapping etc. Just supply them with accurate clean
artwork with all the relevant links and fonts and they will be happy.

Malcolm
