You can rename your Windows drive to any letter you like in Disk
Manager, but you may need to change registry...

Not sure if he's publishing it and there are many places where you can
scrape the lat-long for a postcode. (Multi-map for one.)
It's all down to how accurate you need your search to be. Postal towns...
