Yes, I advertised for someone here making it clear that we almost certainly
needed to talk to the contractor in person.

I can't see what the point of screen-shots is for demonstrating back-end
work. Can someone enlighten me on this? My boss doesn't even bother looking
at screen-shots when designers send in their work...

It's possible they'll see them when ISP's and router caches expire in either
a few hours or days. It's not only just due to browser caches. There are
