It's the same as Word XP, but the Address Block actually works for the
UK in 2003.

Hi, not true, you can use all manner of files as the base of the mailmerge.
I assume he is using the wizard, when he gets to step 3 of 6 just "browse"
to choose the list (xls, csv, mdb, etc etc).

You can use a DB, but then a DB with Microsoft can be an Excel spreadsheet
too. So your friend could use a spreadsheet.

Internal transfer should be okay, only when you move it to another isp will
affect the ns record.

you should really be using illustrator as photoshop is not a vector app, you
could try saving as a pdf, depends what kind of image you have.
