I don't. I do however know each process that is running and have never
spotted anything untoward. I'm also totally anal about installing
anything, plus my email gets virus checked anyway (so maybe that's
slightly cheating). I also have a hardware firewall.

4,500 - that's pretty hard to believe. How much disk space did that free
up? :)
