Re: FN-FORUM: Help - MS Vista problems

They had limewire installed.. say no more.
It was 4500 infected files. There was a noticable speed difference
once they were cleared out.
How many viruses run as processes?
They also had no firewall.
There was also loads and loads of zip files in a directory - thousands
in fact. None of these files were complete and the guy denied any
knowledge of them. Looking at the filenames it seems like the machine
was hijacked. Well known software names.... way too many to have ever
fitted on his laptop..
