Hello To All,

Thank you to all who replied, you're all absolutely correct, it was me, I
had use

background: color (url) position repeat; in the first instance, then
'background-*image*': color (url) position repeat; in the second, which of
course will not work.....

But I'm still confused, all info I found waas saying this couldn't be done?
