Hi,
When you say host, do you mean host on a US web server or host the domain
(pay for the domain) using US domain registrar.
You can do both, there are many US registrars' that allow you to purchas...

Windows defender is good for checking your processes and also avg's free
anti spyware also has a process explorer.

that'll let you see the individual threads within a process and might

Sounds like spyware big time. use spybot or ad-aware, can recommend
both as I used to use them when i had windows. Google them they won't

Keep your domain reg (and DNS) separate from your hosting - I keep some
of mine at 123-reg and some at The Name.
