So are you saying that you have Premium but are not using ISA server as
a firewall?

I'm thinking this as both of your NICs are on the same subnet. Not a
good setup. You need the internal NIC on a different subnet from the
external. That won't solve your wireless problem, of course, but the
current setup is going to die horribly and cause problems in the long
run . If you have two NICs on the same subnet, how will the box know
which one to send the packets through? I bet everything works
"sometimes" - when the packet goes the right way, but not when it goes
the wrong way.

The only reason to have them on the same subnet would be for teaming or
load balancing as appropriate.

The easiest way to solve the wireless problem is to make sure the
Draytek firewall is configured properly (and it won't be as good as
ISA), take out the second NIC and attach the Draytek to your switch.
(You'll need to rerun the wizard).

A better option would be to correct the setup by changing IP of external
NIC and Draytek, and to add an AP. You can set up a secure wireless
network with SBS using certificates by following an MS document called
something like "Setting up a secure wireless network with SBS" - try
Google - but I haven't tried that way.
