Afternoon all,

I've recently been evaluating CRM systems and really like the =
capabilities
of Sugar CRM. Coming from a service provider background I am =
uncomfotable
with hosting all of my data (and sales campaign material) in a 3rd party
hosted solution and would prefer to run a local copy internally on a
dedicated appliance.

I appreciate that Sugar CRM is a little OTT for our immediate =
requirements
as it's a true enterprise class solution and hence will have a =
relatively
steep learning curve. Does anyone here have any experience with Sugar =
CRM
and the capabilities to set it up, configure provide some ongoing =
support
and possibly user training?

FYI - I am looking at using Sugar for sales management, integrating with
contact form in to ourwebsite, integrating the support portal in to our
website and using it to manage/track our marketing campaigns (80% of =
which
will be email based).
