FN-FORUM: site feedback

Hi all,
Was wondering if all of you seasoned professional could cast your eyes over
a site which I have created (http://www.danielmcmullan.co.uk)and tell me what
you think. I am using the site as a portfolio, as I am trying to get a full
time job in the web/graphic design industry from it. So please could you
provide me with useful info as to what employers are looking for and if my
site has what it take to get me a job.

P.S The site is not completely finished yet, as I have only checked it with
some of the more popular browsers for compatibility and there my be a few
missing links. What I am really looking for is some feedback on the overall
layout and graphics.
