Using safari on a mac mini with 17 inch screen and a 12 inch ibook
looks ok, the submit button in the bottom right appears to be on the
top of the bottom border with the drop down boxes, just like the box
is too far down. There are some white links in the middle of the page
that you can only see when you mouse over them and the word footer is
on the left about half way down the page.

Looking at the same page in firefox on a mac. WO!!! Thats different.
The page has a lot more content now. Looking OK, but a lot missing in
safari. Opera and netscape on macs look same as firefox.
