FN-FORUM: contract template

Can anyone point me to a good template for a contract on the web? It's
between me (a self-employed web developer) and a client, for a medium-sized
website with a well-defined specification; half payment to be upfront, half
on completion.

Failing that, does anyone know a good site about contracts that I could look
at?
