Rob, I strongly recommend putting a portfolio together fast. Get yourself a
Web host reseller account so you can lots of sites for a low monthly charge.
Show off your designs wherever you can. If you are able, tout around good
development houses and say you will work there part-time for free to build
your commercial skills - three months if you can manage. Then graft all
hours of the day. Keep in contact with forums, it doesn't matter if
questions seem daft to start with for that phase will diminish.
I don't have any places available at the moment. They're all taken by design
and digital media postgrads. If you're ever in Edinburgh, look me up.
