Steve,
Two things spring to mind. Firstly be very careful with OS Data it's very
well patented and any use outside the licence is jumped upon. It's also
watermarked.
As for Ireland county boarders the only company that springs to mind would
be TeleAtlas? http://www.teleatlas.com/OurProducts/MapData/index.htm but
this isn't free.

Hi,
I'm working on a redevelopment of a site for a friend, the url is
http://www.holiday-guide.com. She want's the map of the UK and Ireland
updating with the correct county boundries etc I have found a (free with
limitations) eps file for the mainland UK from the ordnance survey site,
however I have yet to find one for Ireland. Does ayone know where I can
get one? (either really cheap, or free)
