And you could add the property locations to the scrollable and zoomable
map :)

The Google Maps API is also free for commercial sites (such as estate
agents, etc.) so long as there is a Google Map on the site available for
free. You can charge to place items on your map, and you can change what
is shown on the map based on some paid-for access permissions. You can't
use the maps for intranet or completely hidden applications without paying
for an enterprise license.
