From the example given you can see that charging to add points or other=

data to the map is OK, e.g. for Estate Agents.
I also read this to mean that you can have a map in a protected part of =
=
your site for the purpose of adding points, but that you must have a =
freely-accessible map on the same site. Some prefer to make it the same =
=
map, with different functionality if you're logged in, but I think that =
=
the two are effectively the same thing.
If your map is only available to paying visitors to your site, or is on =
an =
intranet and not the internet, you need to buy an Enterprise license =
(which also gives other benefits).
