I'm a father myself but at the end of the day, children go missing all
the time. This is in fact a minor news story that has been blown out
of proportion.

I can recommend a piece of open source software I am involved with

I've now had it confirmed from OS Support that tracing routes, and
digitising points, from the TeleAtlas maps used by Google Maps API would
not require a "Paper Map Copying License" from the Ordna...

I'm not sure but I think we are saying almost the same thing. And as far
as I understand it the issue is can you use the data you gathered yourself
but using a reference point on an OS map....
