FN-FORUM: window pops behind?(site check)

hold on this might just be a problem with my pc and not the site
it just happened at another site??
maybe something is making pop up windows pop behind?
can someone check for me
does the pop up window links in the information section at studentsart.com pop behind or not??
it is something that has started happening recently maybe since i upgraded internet explorer to the lates version?
