I recommend HTML Utopia: Designing Without Tables Using CSS, published
by Sitepoint ISBN: 0-9752402-7-7.
I got thisbook about 4 months ago and it's invaluble.
I would also recommend The CSS Anthology 101 Essential Tips, Tricks and
Hacks also by Sitepoint ISBN: 0-957921-8-8.
