FN-FORUM: Payment Gateways

Morning

Can anybody recommend any decent payment gateways that have all of the
following features:

1. Upload a full XHML & CSS template so that the payment page displayed on
their server looks exactly the same as the rest of the site.
2. Allow commission payments to be paid automatically (i.e. the customer
pays for the goods using their credit card, but for example 10% gets paid
directly to an affiliate and the remainder gets paid directly to the
merchant)
3. Doesn't hold on to payments for too long
