FN-FORUM: Image maps from layers

Hi All,

Ive got a psd file that has each county of the UK as a seperate layer.
Rather than importing the file into Fireworks and manually tracing the
outlines of the counties to create hotspots, I'm trying to find a
program that will create a hotspot from either a psd layer, or a marquee
selection. Does anyone know of such a program? Googling finds some
progams, but they all involve polygon hotspot creation.
