No sure but is that a psd file from ArcSDE? Late in the day so forgive me if
I'm mixing up my extensions. If it is then Esri may be of help but there
are a couple of free tools that may also be able to do it. Geoserver or
Grass. But then again I've been working on a JBoss OpenSSL Voiceobject
problem all day so I could just be talking out my arse.

Hi All,

Ive got a psd file that has each county of the UK as a seperate layer.
Rather than importing the file into Fireworks and manually tracing the
outlines of the counties to create hotspots, I'm trying to find a
program that will create a hotspot from either a psd layer, or a marquee
selection. Does anyone know of such a program? Googling finds some
progams, but they all involve polygon hotspot creation.
