I moved to them about 2/3 months ago at present they are very good, good
price, good service. I do hate the ticket service they do for answering
questions BUT they are prompt with the answers.

And they went beyond the call of duty for me when one of my scripts for a
contact form got hi-jacked they sorted the code out for me.

I am moving to a full reseller account rather than just my clients part. You
can charge what ever you like there are no extras to pay other than if you
wish to have your own SSL certificate rather than the shared one.

The MySQL databases are only 100MB.

Hi all,

Has anyone had any experience with Heart Internet?

A client of mine looks after a lot of websites for other people but they're
looking for a better/more reliable host than that which they currently
use. I suggested a couple to them but they seem keen on Heart Internet and
I just wondered what they were like.
