I just moseyed round to the recycle bins to have a look and there is a
flat to let at number 4 Parkside Terrace. The agent is epm, 0131 625
2100, www.letbyepm.com.

It's the south side of Edinburgh within walking distance of the centre.

I'll keep my eyes open for more.
