FN-FORUM: NetHost problems? New host required.

Does anyone know if there are problems with Net Hosts (near Glasgow)?

I started using them as a second host at the beginning of April. The sites I
hosted there are already down for the third time, I held on the 'phone more
than 40 minutes yesterday but gave up, they haven't replied to a support
ticket sent yesterday, and I've held for too long again this morning.

Looks like I'm in the market for a host! PHP5, My SQL and the usual stuff
that goes with. Would prefer someone that has RoR this time.
