I'll be honest-yes that's an affiliate link but I would, and have,
recommended them regardless of that. Just go to http://www.vidahost.com
if you don't want to use that link.

I've been using them for quite some time now. The packages are very
reasonably priced, cover PHP4 & 5, servers are fast and the staff are
friendly and helpful. One caveat of course-you don't know what a host is
like till it goes wrong (I'd have recommended my last host till it went
horribly horribly wrong) but there've been a couple of problems with
Vidahost, as there are bound to be, and they've dealt with them quickly,
efficiently and kept us informed-which is more than can be said for any
other hosts I've been with.
