well I've not done it with a karaoke DVD before but yes, export as an
.avi from flash then use a dvd authoring tool (nero v7 would do) to
convert/burn the avi on to a DVD. Theres usually an option in the DVD
author settings which tells the DVD player what to do when the disc is
first spun and what to do when it reaches the end of the movie, set
those to 'automatically play movie' and 'return to start' (or the
equivalents) and hey-presto, looping DVD.
remember to build your flash movie at 720x576 for the best results on a TV.
