You would need to change the nameservers. I think changing the ISP tag is
use for moving the doamin to a new hosting company. I transferred 4 domain
names from 123-reg a year ago to 1and1 and it was so easy.
Although I do not remember the actual procedure I took to make the move I do
remember that it was a very smooth and quick process, I suppose it all
depends on who you are transferring too as both 123-reg and 1and1 didnt make
any fuss at all.
