FN-FORUM: I need (want) a new job.....

Hello all

I'm looking for a new job, not really looking to do freelancing now for a
while, gona give it a few more years. I'm in the Midlands and I'm finding it
hard to get a web design job here, almost all jobs are in London that i come
across but I'm not really looking to move there, or at least for a good few
years.

Any jobs I come across that say web designer in the Midlands are actually
web designer/developer (all in one jobs) that expect you to be and expert
web developer (php, asp.net, etc etc) and a brilliant web designer. I'm not
and I dont want to pretend I am either, I'm a web design with a host of
other creative (design&media) talents/skills and ahve the ability to write
xhtml & css.

Anyone looking to hire? : )

Anyone have any ideas/thoughts on the topic web designer/developer?

Any feedback would be much appreciated,
